I worked at Aetna full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Monday-Friday schedules, decent pay, free lunches, quarterly bonuses

    Cons

Poor training, horrible parking (Must be an employee for 1 year + in order to park in the building garage), high turn over, supervisors don’t know anything, reps are basically telling customers anything to get them off the phones. Supervisors and trainers do not know the job therefore the employees don’t know what they are doing.

I have been working at Aetna full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

Good at providing bonuses and they work with you and your family

    Cons

shift changing every 6 months, can be hard but sometimes it could work. Hard to move forward in a position if your interviewing skills are not good even if you have shown your hard work.
