    Advice to Management

Look into the top management. there are individuals who are not adding any value to the organization moving forward with fresh ideas and technology. Respect and consult all your staff. review you salaries and company culture, make it less top down . and finally but most important remember what the values and the goals of AWF were and go back to them, now as it is the impact of AWF on the ground is hardly there.

I worked at African Wildlife Foundation full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Good place to learn from diverse background. unless you are support staff will travel to many places and enjoy a good working environment. This is also based on your reporting manager.

    Cons

Keep your ideas to yourself learn and move on to a better place where you can implement your ideas. Also too much politics on top level management level. Unless in finance promotions are based on who you know up there.

    Advice to Management

    Drain the swamp.
