    Competitive Salary, good name on the CV

    Cons

    - Typical old-school mentality "if it ain't broke don't fix it", which led to inaction on a lot of subjects (technology changes, management changes) - Very poor involvment of the intern in the processes and workings of the team - Equipment/Services/Softwares for working are outdated or obsolete with no effort made to change them.     Pros

    Good salary and benifits, experience of working in international company and helpful colleagues. Very good work-life balance, and social side of work.

    Cons

    Hierarchy, very difficult to build a career and move faster. this company is not for ambitious people, more for whose who wanna calm life

    reduce the number of employees, give more responibilities to them, create a fast career track, be more efficient, pay attention on workers.

    Facilités de transport, CE, équilibre vie professionnelle / personnelle

    Cons

    Ambiance morose et désagréable, magouilles en tous genres à tous les niveaux hiérarchiques, pas d'esprit d'entreprise ni d'équipe, aucune volonté des cadres de faire avancer l'entreprise si ce n'est pour les promotions..

    Recrutez moins et mieux. Instaurez de meilleurs contrôles de l'efficacité des salariés. Travaillez sur la cohésion et l'esprit d'entreprise.

    - Industrie passionnante et en constant développement - Analyses et études intéressantes - Marque forte y compris auprès du personnel - Nombreuses opportunités de carrière dans divers métiers - Management bienveillant - Equipes jeunes (en fonction du département) - Télétravail hebdomadaire - Billets d'avion très bon marché - CE

    - Localisation du lieu de travail (Roissy CDG) - Manque de culture du résultat et allures de fonction publique dans certains services - Structure parfois lourde, notamment concernant les évolutions de carrière - Niveaux de rémunération inférieurs à d'autres secteurs

    - Alléger et optimiser l'organisation tout en y insufflant une culture de la performance - Recruter plus de jeunes talents et leur consacrer des niveaux de rémunération plus incitatifs - Faire la chasse aux coûts opérationnels superflus

    Aucune reconnaissance , rémunération très basse qui rend les avantages de l entreprise très relatifs , gros soucis de formation manègeriale et rh
