Pros

Not a single one, such a negative workplace,

Cons

How do I even start, this place is a few months away from collapsing totally. Around 60 or so staff members were fired in a week. So much for global domination, no training given, countless guest stays ruined due to no process no resolution to issues. The reviews that say great culture etc are a pack of lies. Please seriously consider your sanity before applying to AirUnsorted.

Pros

Good central location and you will learn areas of London quickly if you are lucky enough to go to onboard meetings. Friendly team, made up mostly of young employees. There is a big drinking culture, with managers often luring you in to staying late by handing out beers after 5pm. This is a good temporary job whilst getting to know London and finding out what other jobs are out there.

Cons

Low salary prospects. There are expectations of a high workload and little direction in terms of objectives, other than to answer emails within a strict timeframe. This results in the company having a huge staff turnover, where you have little-to-no job security and people leaving or getting fired unexpectedly. Middle managers often contradict each other which is likely to stem from their minimal training and being given promotions that seem to be offered to ‘fill the gaps’ of people leaving. Those doing well in the business tend to do so by building friendships with directors in and outside of work. Great talent is lost frequently from people leaving once understanding the uncertainty in the company's financial position. Due to the seasonality of the work there seems to be either a high intake or high layoff of workers. There are plenty of better startups out there with job security, as well as experienced managers who you can learn and develop from. There is poor career progression for a startup.

Thanks for taking the time to provide us with this feedback. With being a startup there is definitely a lot of learning and improvements that we know we need to make and we do plan on focusing on the most important things and trying to improve them. We do try to remain competitive with our salaries but there are much better funded or larger companies that can offer more in this area, but we do offer the best that we can. Pros

To be honest I didn't find any

Cons

This was the worst job experience of my career. This company is totally unstructured. No training provided and the workload sometimes can be very high and stressful. The company is experiencing problems in terms of money due to a big investment lost few months ago. As result many people lost their job from one day to another and obviously as less people were working the workload got unbearable and the quality of the customer service even worst. The team leaders and higher management have absolutely no experience and this is easily proved by the results mentioned before. As I read in previous reviews team leaders are promoted not for their experience and their skills but based on the time with the company. Also, the environment is absolutely not professional. Heavy drinking culture and loud noise from colleagues often shouting, laughing very loud with no respect for who has to talk over the phone all day long and facing difficult situation handling complaint over the phone as well. I do believe in the importance of a relaxed and friendly office environment but is still an office and a work place. I could feel that people just don't care about this job, there is no team building (drinking in the office is not team building) and you totally don't feel like part of a team which is a shame. Obviously there are some exceptions.
