Pros

PTO; some colleagues abide by ethical codes, others are super burned out; snacks

Cons

I am very disappointed in this workplace, they talk a lot about quality trainings but it is so controlled and you don't actually have a say in what EBPs you get trained in. Very old school when it comes to Healthcare, the business model is harmful to clients and clinicians, thy push premature discharges so they can bill for intakes more frequently. A lot of shaming and talking smack from thr leadership about employees and other community organizations. Really unhealthy workplace culture.
