Pros

A few members of management were kind.

Cons

Albaad USA is a toxic work environment where management ignores the professional feedback of its employees and does whatever it wants anyway. Due to poor business decisions, the company found itself in hot water with various accounts but instead of being proactive and looking for ways to resolve the issues management continued to over promise and under deliver. Business losses meant that salaries were frozen for over a year and the quality of health insurance went down. Employees in the front office were overloaded and overworked to the point of breaking but no active efforts were made to bring in support staff. Some management was petty and actively and shamelessly looked for "favorite" employees so that they could become their "eyes and ears". Albaad management constantly threw their employees under the bus whenever poor decisions hit the fan. It was impossible to ever get ahead as there was no advancement and no culture of meritocracy. It was a stressful, difficult, hostile and inhospitable work environment.

Pros

The pay was decent and I enjoyed my co-workers

Cons

This was the most stressful company that I have ever worker for in the 30 ears that I have been working. The stress was usually delivered from the CFO's and CEO's from the corporate location in Israel. No matter how hard or long you worked they alwasy found something wrong with your work. One day they will tell you to complete a project with one set of instructions and the next day you were asked why you did it that way? Inconsistency was very common and workers were always stressed out on a grand scale. The rate of turnover was very high. It was very common to see an employee leave or be fired at least several times a month. When my family member was diagnosed with cancer and I was on FMLA, I got wrote up for not returning making it to work from an appointment. It was sited that I waited to long in the day to notify them that I would not be able to come in. I was constantly made to tell them how long an appointment was going to be for FMLA.
