      Pros

      The benefits that the company provides is awesome and the work experience that you can gain is another great thing. You can more than likely be set up for the best.

      Cons

      As a leasing Consultant there has never been a time that I has help from another leasing Consultant a long period of because our turn over is high. More than likely that's because the way they were being treated as if they are not valued. The communication and trust does not exist at all.

      Pros

      The atmosphere was pretty decent most days. Somewhat competitive pay with decent quarterly bonus. Did come with benefits however the insurance was expensive. Pretty easy work far from rocket science.

      Cons

      Short staffed 1 tech 100+ units 24/7 oncall 365 with no incentive pay just mileage and getting that sent up the chain to get paid was literally an act of congress. There was no "team" work, everyone was working in competition to one another. If you have never worked for a HUD housing development, don't. 95% of the tenants think you owe them something, very rude, demanding and unappreciative.
