Good product, great market share. Great CEO

Lack of training and mentoring, no direction given from the offset by management apart from crucifying you on numbers. Worked there for 6 months and line manager never spent more than 3 days with me (in office and in field). Empty promises made at interview stage. Sales management team all out for themselves and coverage their own backs at the detriment of new starters. Basically i was the fall guy for the management team!!!!! DO NOT GO THERE!!!!

You have to suck up to managers to get anywhere, some people’s job performance is shockingly bad yet are praised by senior management. You will rarely know what’s going on and it changes constantly. People are leaving / joining all the time. Senior management team appear to be on different pages and some come across as very entitled. Lots of work done is pointless and never used, IT systems are terrible and make every ones job harder. Really frustrating and demoralising place to work.

We ran a rising stars and rockstars program within our Safecontractor business last year and will be launching our new career pathways offering into the business shortly along with a multitude of other development opportunities. I’m sorry to hear you haven’t felt that you have been able to benefit from these during your time with us. As a business we strongly believe that performance issues should be dealt with in private hence why it may have looked like these were overlooked however we have a clear review process in place and regular 121s to support those who are struggling to improve. Alcumus is a growing business that has a number of new starters built into the headcount plan each month to support our business strategy. Unfortunately, as with the majority of organisations, we do have people who leave the business for a number of reasons (personal and professional) too with a lot having an open door with us should they wish to return. You are right that the business is fast-paced and there have been a lot of changes recently. We have ambitious goals laid out for the coming years and we are working hard to ensure that these are communicated effectively via the CEO roadshows, conferences, company intranet posts and business update sessions that are in place. I am sorry to hear that our efforts did not meet your expectations at this time. Once again, thank you for your feedback. The induction process was comprehensive, well organised and colleagues were friendly. Salary and benefits package was good.

Inflexible 'computer says no' management who don't understand that audits should be planned properly and expect you to do this in your own time

Team and Management - Great team to work with and a supportive management that has your best interest with wanting to see you succeed in any future employment. Working Flexibility - Management understands that the team has a life outside of work. In result, it helps us feel valued and allows us to focus on the work during working periods and not merge personal and work life together.
Cons
Resources - Requires more resources for the company to succeed in its targets. Green Grass - Not everyone is a good fit.

Company that is passionate about delivering good service and is growing year on year in size and revenue, testament to it's excellent customer retention rate. CEO and Senior management team are passionate about embedding an ethos which puts it's people at the heart of the business.

Honestly can't think of any! Every business has elements for improvement but that doesn't mean it has to be a negative!

Fantastic company to work for, real family feel where everyone knows their worth and contributes to the common goals. Management team is first class and really are interested in developing people.

Absolutely nothing a shameful organisation that is not interested in customer service only squeezing the last penny out of its clients

I have been working for this company for just over two years now and during this short time, I have been given the opportunity and means to develop myself as an employee and as a professional. I have completed training, multiple courses and self-development workshops. I have progressed through the company already and further progression is achievable. Management are genuinely interested in our ideas and goals and are always happy to offer their time. It is a great place to work and my colleagues here are a pleasure to work with.
