Pros
Great culture, everyone is friendly and easy to talk to. Invest their time and money in to you as an employee through training and development. Encourage employees to speak up and aim high within the company. Lots of progression opportunities.
Cons
Statutory maternity pay - with hopes of this being improved

Glad you are enjoying the culture here at Alcumus- our people are important to our success and we have a great bunch (even if we do say so ourselves!). It's great to see our values included in the feedback too; we feel it is important to ensure employees feel they have a voice and are supported to progress! Pros
Work from home. Good benefits.
Cons
Pay for your role is terrible. No chance of this being increased to match your role. Management not interested in this.

I am interested - please talk to me in confidence about the package for your role. You can message me on Teams, by email or call me... Wherever you work in the company, I'll meet with you and promise to listen. Val Rees, Chief People Officer.

Pros
Some great line managers in certain teams
Cons
The pay is terrible Constantly moving goal posts about working from home and commission structures A huge amount of finger pointing Lots of mysterious disappearances of staff who essentially have been fired but it is always brushed under the carpet causing a toxic feel across departments Unfortunately the overpromising and underdelivering sucked all the fun and enjoyment out of it
