Pros
If you are prepared to work hard and want a career in sales this is a great place to work. Numerous people have been promoted and get the support and training they need to succeed in their new roles. New ways of working have been put in place to give everyone the best opportunity to hit targets and earn commission. Some of the new bonus incentives are amazing! The company is growing year on year with sets itself ambitious growth targets but it means it’s a company that’s really going somewhere!
Cons
There can be a lot of change but that’s why there are so many opportunities to learn and grow!

Great people who work hard/play hard and are wonderfully supportive in getting things done.
Cons
Too many projects simultaneously priority #1, leading to inefficiencies whilst putting a lot of pressure and long hours on teams.

Pros
Company that is passionate about delivering good service and is growing year on year in size and revenue, testament to it's excellent customer retention rate. CEO and Senior management team are passionate about embedding an ethos which puts it's people at the heart of the business.
Cons
Honestly can't think of any! Every business has elements for improvement but that doesn't mean it has to be a negative!

Fantastic company to work for, real family feel where everyone knows their worth and contributes to the common goals. Management team is first class and really are interested in developing people.
Cons
Nothing that we can’t work through with great teamwork.

- I joined very recently and the support from the team and management has been excellent. - The company culture is incredible! The management team is very supportive and there is a lot of opportunities to grow. - The work eCompliance does makes an impact and is helping people be safe! - The office is very nice and big! Great space to be working.
Cons
- I'm unsure why there are negative reviews of eCompliance as my experience has been nothing short of great since I've joined.

Pros
The first thing that will strike you enter any of the Alcumus Offices is the amazing people - warm, welcoming and working hard to genuinely make a difference. The organisation is fast paced, ambitious and quick to respond, resulting in a great client service proposition and an exciting place to work. There are many opportunities for personal development and career progression, and self-driven progression is encouraged at all levels.
Cons
The fast pace is energising, but if you struggle with change it may not be the right organisation for you!

Pros
The people and the culture here is excellent! There’s a real work hard play hard environment with people laughing on the floor every day. High energy, high reward, canteen on site, career progression, excellent company benefits, free onsite parking in Cardiff office, recreation room, involved and approachable CEO. Generally a fantastic employer to work for.
Cons
This is a fast paced employer which worked for me but it won’t work for all. Your role will not be the only role you do and you will be expected to involve yourself in other areas. There are very high expectations and management will be looking for people to constantly be moving forward and driving the business upwards (which is a good thing). However, if you like to get comfortable in a role by simply getting your work done and going home, this role may not be for you.

If you don't like a fast paced environment that is continually looking to change and improve then this may not be the company for you

Fantastic induction despite the incredibly challenging times (Corona virus) we're currently in. There is a clear drive for the welfare and happiness of all Alcumus employees. The People Success Team are key to this and have made me feel very welcome.
Cons
Because I have to put something: The company laptop is a little dated.
