    I worked at Alexis Bittar

    Pros

interesting jewelry designs in a fashion motivated team. They have a small workshop where samples are made and its great for a junior designer as a first-time job. good stepping stone

    Cons

disorganised, uncaring management. The costume jewelry is on a fashion calendar and there is too much product to design, sample and produce.

    Pros

    I worked at Alexis Bittar

    Pros

Working for Alexis was like being part of the inner magician's circle. he is truly an innovator and an extremely talented designer- the creative teams are style leaders and watched by a lot of competitors. The company went off path for a moment forgetting who they were at the core, subsequently there was turnover and a feeling of lack of direction. However, i hear that Alexis himself is taking more involvement in the running of the company and this can only mean good changes ahead.

    Cons

there were a few bad hires made, which ended up souring the bunch. but they have all departed. Alexis attracts intelligent, creative and fun co-workers its all about the new teams.

I worked at Alexis Bittar full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    - Great co-workers. I've made true friends from my time here. - Designs are creative and ahead of the time. - Loyal fans/customers are a pleasure to work with.

    Cons

    - The quality of the product continued to decrease. - Management was out of touch with day to day work taking place in the boutiques - Quick turn over of employees led to overall disorganization within boutiques, this left associates who worked there the longest to pick up the pieces and perform tasks above their pay wage.
