- Toxic culture of fear, disrespect, dishonesty, and mistrust - Preaches good values but ignores them and allows bad behavior to go unaddressed - CEO often promises bonuses but does not pay them when due - Unqualified employees work here because they're relatives of the leadership team - No proper performance reviews or feedback, and thus no regular pay raises - Company abuses employees of foreign origin because it controls their visa and knows they can't complain Do not take any of the above at face value, reach out to former employees on Linkedin and discuss each point with them. Their experience may vary but will give you good info about working at Algo. Current employees are too afraid to speak out or tell the truth due to fear of losing their job. The rest of the overly positive reviews here are coerced when the company asked employees to leave reviews and would follow up until you did. Do your research before joining this company.

I thought there were going to be some roads to advance with this career. I was wrong and I was not very happy about it. They use every chance to slander, underhand your progress, and be very two-faced about their decision-making. No one is going to benefit from advancing, due to the stalemate upper management has caused and the stagnation Human Resources has caused. A lack of a training program and a very tedious work-life balance do not really allow for positive feedback or much of any way to prove oneself. Stuck up upper management. That one review that was shared on here, it definitely does have that veneer of it being a collaborative culture, when in fact they look to undermine your every move along with being very petty about current situations.
