There are many, but I'm point out a few of the many things:
- Salary is never on time.
- We don't get any salary slips and if we ask about the deducted money, they just keep ignoring the matter.
- They create rules on an immediate basis about which we are not informed precisely and well in advance. Also, they change from person to person.
- They do not appreciate an employee for their hard work, instead insult them even on small mistakes.
- The superiors are not very supportive and do partiality between girls and boys.(In BDE, it is not advisable to join as a girl)
- The company timing is too much (9 hours) and even after that superiors force you to stay extra as long as they stay.
- There is no work-life balance. While working at the company it was more like work work and nothing else.
- They always find the reasons to deduct your money.
- No leave encashment, even they don't approve you to use the leaves even after you have them in credit.
- They take fake reviews from you on Google for their profile.
- They can decrease your salary anytime without informing precisely.
- They even take the charges of "tea" from employees.
I've worked for this company for more than 1.5 year and believe me, there are many more addition to this.
