Pros

Konica Minolta Has pretty decent benefits.

Cons

This company is the worst. Working for an MSP All Covered purchased I witnessed first hand their ability to drive a business into the ground. This company does not care about its clients. They are all about "Net New." As long as they get enough new clients to make up for the ones that leave that's Ok. They are always understaffed. When a client has to wait up to two weeks to have an issue looked at, that's a problem. It no wonder clients are leaving in droves. The helpdesk and NOC are a joke. They are so bad many client wont even call them for help and even when they do It usually gets escalated. Employee treatment: This company cares nothing for their employees. They chronically overload employee schedules, especially the better ones. Employees understand in IT that afterhours weekend work is required, but they are scheduled for weekend and afterhours works with no thought allowing them to make up the time off. Who would want to work a full week and then do late night Friday nights, Saturday work, multiple weeks in a row, with out so much as a thank you or some off to make up for all of the overtime work. Management makes promises to employees, such as raises and training, once they realize they are unhappy, with no intention of keeping their promises. Employees are also underpaid. No wonder all of the best employees leave which is a sad as many of the engineers truly cared for their clients and were strong client advocates. Management will also be the first to throw a technician under the bus when something goes wrong, regardless of where the fault lies, Good management should have their employees back. Passing the buck and lack of taking responsibly is rampant at this company due to the above. When I left, the culture of the engineering staff had changed from a team environment prior to the acquisition to a competition to see who could get out of doing work by trying to push onto someone one else. Its no wonder this company is failing.

Pros

Reasons to work here? Base salary was solid, benefits, commission structure and PTO all very solid, it ALL looks good on paper!!! Unfortunately the paper only tells you what you want to hear. I certainly did learn a lot here and would like to think All Covered helped me become a better sales executive in a competitive industry. My disappointment is I was seeking a long term opportunity. This is a 100% short term opportunity 2-3 years max. If you make it past 3 years you are probably in the 5-10% of the reps whom do.

Cons

Challenges??? Not even sure where to start, let's start with management. There is none. The managers are clueless if you are lucky to even communicate with one. They dont respond to emails and you're lucky if they call you back. You are on a deserted island in this place which is fine if the island is beautiful. This island is not beautiful. There is so much turnover in this company nobody knows how to function. In 2 years I've seen upwards of 30-40 professionals walk out, get fired, etc... it's not a healthy place. Next, how about quality service? Never in my 20 year career was I actually in fear of selling a product/service knowing there was greater than 50% chance we would completely fail and have an unhappy customer resulting in the loss of a client. Not to mention with high employee turnover you have high customer turnover as well. Next I have to go with selling on value versus selling on price. You can sell on value all day however you still need a competitive price All Covered is not competitive. Also, the relationship between Konica Minolta and All Covered is like oil and water, it doesn't work. You get the idea and the list goes on...

Pros

Due to the fact that management is poor - they leave you alone. All they care about is your time entries and your billables, which they do not even verify. I've seen guys over the years just enter things they didn't do, to get the administrative stuff out of the way.

Cons

Do not expect to grow with this company - tremendous turnover
