Great colleagues/culture - always supportive during both the challenging project times and successes.. Relatively flat structure compared to other organisations I've worked in. Director's know everyone on a first name basis and give 1-2-1 guidance. Zero micromanagement. I'm surrounded by professional, motivated colleagues who're empowered to make their own decisions - it's a breath of fresh air (also could be a hindrance to those who need hand holding). Company seems to be doing well. Sales keep coming in, new spacious London offices, lots of organised staff drinks/celebrations.
