Not a good place to work

Pros

Starting salary was above minimum wage.

Cons

There seemed to be an underlying level of unethical business practices that resulted in a mass layoff in 2016, which impacted 100+ employees, with no warning. Those laid off employees were also being held to a NDA that hindered many of them from working in their field, not sure how that was possible. The current "CEO" was a key person in that lay-off yet continues to operate as if he didn't do anything wrong. Don't be fooled by the updated website and false testimonies of happy employees. Many people will do what is necessary to keep their jobs so they can take care of their families.

Pros

Great benefits, good people mostly,

Cons

Cannt speak up about how to better work environment, work long hours because managements and sales guys/women sell the job for 1 day instead of 2.. if you are trying to learn and get better at your trade this is not the place for you cause there is no time for senior installers to show you how to do the job right due to the heavy work load..
