The company has a clear direction and strong customer service ethos, very innovative products that enhance clients security. The culture and some of the values are integrity, transparency and honesty that creates a very positive environment to work in.

I have been working with the company for almost a month now and I could not be happier. All the staff are friendly and the management make a lot of effort to get to know everyone on a personal level which makes work life a lot more refreshing. The pay is great and the commission structure even better!

Will offer you excellent marketing tools, A1 Merc company car and Ipad, Iphone and lenovo laptop and a salary between £25-£32k basic but only after you pass probation

Do not help you out in the field, no proper training or development. Have a call centre and tell you during the interview you will only have to book yourself around 16 app a month and the rest of your diary will be booked by a call centre which it will not because they keep getting rid of staff consistently. There is not a single BDM that has been there for more than a year and they will make excuses for their high... turnover of staff saying they never found the right person.

Advice to Management

Focus on a development plan for new starters. Have a structure of how you will assist the staff not just put numbers on their heads and expect them to deliver esp if they actually have had no training. Saying in a training pack what you will be completing in the next two week is going on site and experiencing an install and visiting clients with an experienced staff member and then ignoring it will not help you get... the sales you need. Stop sacking staff members every 3 months and try and keep the good guys who work hard and appreciate them rather than putting pressure on them to do multiple job roles
