      Pros

      Great People, Great Talent. The development and technical teams were great. Technical support was awesome. The company was stable, but wasn't in a position to grow.

      Cons

      Resistant to change - in the extreme - At that time. With new management, this has probably changed. Brian Sweat was the real top talent there, and I see he is now CEO. Great!

      Good environment, fun but professional, overall good place to work. Great environment for college students.

      Pros

      Resources for learning many technical skills. Fair but not competitive pay - good for a student/poor for professionals. Relaxed environment Benefits are okay Flexible schedules great for college students.

      Cons

      Not much room for growth. Relaxed environment allows for lazy employees, causing long run problems for company. Responsibility eventually falls on hardest worker. Lacking a good leader to bring staff together for maximum success.
