I have been working at Altium Limited full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Good product with good reputation in the EDA market. Salary was decent

    Cons

Constant oversight to the point where you will hear your boss's opinion of the call you just finished. Bully culture where the most important thing is to show everyone you are boss. Saw a director bring three [people to tears in the course of one year

I worked at Altium Limited full-time

    Pros

One thing very good is there is very little micro management (maybe depends on the manager)

    Cons

I don’t think Altium cares about their employees or customers that much.

    Pros

Good perks - free lunch everyday, nice work environment. People are generally easy to work with Company has a good product and is doing well

    Cons

Nobody's that inspired about the company, at least not when I was there, some more attention to corporate culture could help

I have been working at Altium Limited full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    - Free lunch - Free parking - Great colleagues

    Cons

They forget giving people annual performance reviews and pay increases. Once you remind your manager, the people on top would sit on it for months to save money and/or wait for justification while you work harder every day and don't get paid fairly because of it.

    Cons

-Not clear opportunities to grow -Not so good communication between RnD and Marketing teams. Sometimes users stay unaware of new features -Sometimes there is a mess with upcoming releases and it creates a non-health work environment

I have been working at Altium Limited full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Excellent environment with a talented group of people who care, are professional and are looking to grow their careers. Great product that is backed by a company that constantly invests in improvements. Work hard and you will be rewarded.

    Cons

None at this time. I left to pursue additional education and returned because of the many benefits to working at Altium.

I have been working at Altium Limited full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Great people to work with. Everyone is a professional and happy to share their expertise. There is lots of opportunity to grow as an individual and as a team. If you care about the industry and about making an impact you will find a way to do it here.

    Cons

The company is constantly changing. For someone who prefers a more static workplace, this might be a stumbling block down the road. For someone who embraces change and sees it as opportunity, this place it the right one.
