I worked at Alton Towers Resort part-time

    Pros

Really great team, great pay for teens with holiday pay offered, good breaks times and hours available

    Cons

Some people dont pull their weight and working in the kiosks can get lonely when you're put on your own but it's great when you're with someone, would suggest asking to work in the shops but can't fault the team or the leaders, all very professional

    Advice to Management

Keep being supportive of the staff
