      Pros

      * Decent Pay * My colleagues are the friendliest bunch you'll ever meet - great teamwork. * Flexibility to work how I need. Option to telecommute and the management are understanding when it comes to family emergencies, etc.

      Cons

      * Integration - A lot of the ALTOUR business is acquisitions and we could do a lot better job of integrating and getting them onto the same systems.
