Pros

When the rain is falling and storms are raging, Amazon is the place to turn to for security and stability. Weather out the storm, deal with the dirty until the clouds break and there's a new day.

Cons

It will be painful because fundamentally Amazon doesn't understand people. Or they do understand people but they just don't care to provide the things that foster meaning.
