Ambassify is a really awesome company to work for: employees truly care about each other, and the company cares about the employees. The company values and culture are great, and it's easy to live them out in your daily work, and with the team. Working together and collaborating on projects is what truly makes the daily work and effort worth the while at the end of the day, besides the fact that you can grow and shape your role the way you're most comfortable.
Cons
It is a very niche market we work in, so finding your space there and in by extension in the company can be hard sometimes. Gaining the knowledge necessary is not always easy and I feel this could be facilitated more by the company.
