Pros

Don't join this company in any situation. There is nothing good to tell about this company. Even if you don't have job then also donr join this company. It's good to wait for some time and join another company.

Cons

No management. Hire and fire policy. Main concern is owner think only about money. Also one important point, you can see lots of good comments here but don't go with this comment bcz mgmt it self posted this comments just to hide other negative comments against the company.

I worked in this company for almost two years. I have below points @ambit software if you can give me ans for these point then its great.. 1. Till the time employee working with ambit they don't say anything. They need hard worker instead of smart work. 2. They don't care about the employ technology background. They simply keep you switching in between different technologies project even though you don't have knowledge over that technology. 3. There were some managers they feel like they are the owner of company and they talk with employes in high voice on floor in front of all company member. Here they show there professionalism that they learned till now in there overall carrier. 4. If go to higher mgmt with some concern then they never listen to you. 5. Final one if you put resignation and if you are working on some hot project in company then God will help you .. It's happen with me ..I was working on one hot project ..In between that time I put resignation then first thing happened like mgr called in cabin and asked for reason . I said them that I got good opportunity so moving further . Then till the 2 week every thing was normal. Here after company MD come in picture. He called me in cabin and asked to withdraw my resignation. He did the same thing for two time. Later he stated to put pressure on me. Litterly they pulled my In and out time and started to claim like.. you did less work and you did fraud with company. If we raise case against you then you will be in trouble.. actually there was problem with there swap in and swap out machine only. It was not working for 2-3 week. Till the last day I was in full to pressure. In my tenure no single employ left this company without pain.

We're sorry if you felt this way during your exit from Ambit. We're guessing the rest of your tenure was good and that's why you continued working for 2 years. Below are our responses to the points made: 1. Ambit, like any other successful company, needs a combination of both hard and smart workers and we hire both and assign roles according to their skills. 2. On the contrary we care the most about employees' technical background because otherwise they won't succeed, which means loss of a project/client/business to the company. Yes, we do OFFER our employees opportunities to learn new technologies and grow. Employees are free to deny an such offer made AND this happens when people's career expectations are different. We respect that. 3. Our Leaders and Managers are all coached to lead their teams in an inclusive manner. If any leader/manager has had an incident of indecent behavior with an employee, it has been dealt with actions appropriate to the degree of misconduct. 4. While the Senior Management is always available for any employee concerns, it is the HR Team who primarily handles employee concerns. Also, the Senior Management at Ambit has always worked closely with the HR team to ensure all employee concerns are resolved. 5. Most employees who have moved on from Ambit are still in touch with their team mates still working with Ambit. In fact they come back to work with us as well. All resigning employees are treated with respect and the same policies are followed for all. NO employee is pressured during their notice period. However, there are expectations from resigning employees in therms of knowledge transfer and handover. Pros

I agree with earlier comment, the company does have US clients and Direct client interactions are given to employees.

Cons

Salaries were always credited late, They are mostly involved in .net project and sage crm. Other technologies if they get project they will hire and after the project is over they will fire.
