      Work life balance is good and people have been fun to work with.

      Pay is terrible and as the years have gone on, it's harder to move up the ladder.

      They provide Excellent continuous development of employees Professional environment and management Rewards employees for hard work in compensation and benefits it is a leading edge environment in which to become "best"in your field

      Pros

      Clients call in to book all types of travel, redeem points. Clients are friendly and excited to travel. Would not have left if they had a rotating work schedule.

      Cons

      Lack of support for complex exchange tickets, you will ALWAYS be working weekends as there is no rotating work schedule and it will never get better. One of my colleagues who had been there for 15 years his best shift pic was Tuesday to Saturday hours 14:00-22:00.
