    Pros

Decent work environment, had my own room as an officer, easy crew changes, could get off in port when off watch.

    Cons

extremely hot, not that it's something that can be changed but it was a boiler plant in the American south, so the heat and humidity were very high.

    Pros

The schedule, if you can handle it they work 6 weeks on and get 2-3 weeks of depending on your position. Sometimes the employee meals are really delicious! You get to travel to small ports all over the Mississippi, Ohio, and Tennessee Rivers.

    Cons

Working 6 weeks straight, everyday for 12 hours a day. Takes some time getting use to.

    Pros

AQSC is a growing, successful and personal company at which to work. I feel valued here and very secure in its future.

    Cons

Occasionally there are issues with communication not reaching as far into the company as it needs to. (Stays too top level.)
