      Pros

      Fun environment to work in for the most part. The owner seems to care about his employees but it is not conveyed through management.

      Cons

      Unfair treatment of employees that led to a lot of drama. Poor management skills. No room for growth within the company.

      Pros

      Well intentioned owners with no grasp on what is actually happening within the company. Lots of hardworking lower level employees.

      Cons

      Complete lack of clear communication between management and employees. HR department operates in the most unprofessional manner I've ever experienced. Solar division completely mismanaged for years. If you don't pray over lunch don't apply here you will not fit in.

      Pros

      At first it seems like a wholesome, Christian, family owned company to work for.

      Cons

      The Human Resources Department resolves conflict only in the best interest of upper management. The managers micro manage and keep an account of any and all mistakes you ever make to use it against you. Benefits are horrible. Vacation and sick hours are little to none. Work all holidays minus a handful due to the owner of the company having worked in the used car sales industry. Employees are not well taken care of. I will be leaving as soon as I find another opportunity.
