Micromanagement is high, tasks constantly being added to your workload to the point where management will complain if you leave at a normal hour. Management between developments is horrible, more often than not you will be blamed for something that had nothing to do with your work. Blame shifting between departments, underpaid workers, under staffed departments. Management can be verbally abusive (depending on your department), do not be surprised if you hear yelling from management at an employee. They are constantly belittling their employees. After much time you will realize a lot of employees are temps and are used up until the company has to let them go instead of hiring them permanently. Overall a lot of employees leave after a year. Also don't expect to ever get a raise.
