      Unlimited PTO is the only good thing going for this atrocious company.

      Cons

      CEO is an ego-driven leader who thinks he knows more than anyone else. Leadership across the board is not competent and is a complete joke.

      - The pay is not bad if you're just getting into the industry. Good chance to build up experience then go to another job. - Happy hours are pretty good compared to other jobs..

      Cons

      - It's a staffing firm that tries to sell itself as a consulting firm. Don't get fooled. - The Company hasn't grown in years, every new year they're push "WE'RE A GROWING COMPANY" but it's all lies. - If you aren't a stakeholder or billable consultant, we weary of your job. - If you're in the corporate office, expect to just meet countless times about how the company can do things better when the issue lies with delivery because they can never attract talent. -The CEO never washes his hand and will literally try to shake hands with you right after, I left pre-covid but GROSS. - Overall the c-level leadership is pretty seedy, they...inflate themselves the companies actions to be nice,
