Pros
Small comlany so if you perform good you can be easily highlighted and everyone will start recognize you. But there is nothing like salary appraisal even if you are the best.
Cons
When you serve notice period, 1st thing it is 90 Days and company management will make your one one day like a decade with full of torture. If you are little week from heart you can even take a wrong step with your life and career. When you are a regular employee and do best among your team then also you will get same appraisal like others which varies approx 4-10% only. HR is so much unprofessional that even as a fresher you can serve better than her.
