      Worst management , No proper hierarchy

      No pros as per industry management is concerned

      1) No management system 2) Fake commitment by HR team during joining time , initially, they make you join with all terms and conditions favourable to you but after some duration they add new condition which is not specified in their agreement , this is the reason attrition rate is too high
