Everyone is fun, young in spirit, friendly and also make work fun by getting you out in the sales world by asking you challenging yet fun questions about the company, fashion, customers and just your own thoughts on things, to help you grow. Managers love it when engage with them, our co-workers, and our customers. You won't be bored!

Cons

Turn over rate was high, people would often call in and ask if you could cover a shift. If you like more hours or need more money, this can be a benefit.

Company does not foster growth and development, especially in Canada. Head office and upper management sees employees as disposable. As a full time employee you have to have a completely open schedule 7 days a week, so no work life balance.
