Managers/supervisors can be a bit hit & miss - some are great but some were quite patronising and a little arrogant (standard for a lot of retail stores) Shifts are usually very long, at my store there were rarely shorter shifts available which was difficult being a student Pretty much no one worked their contract hours & they would always rota you in for much more - when I asked to work just my contracted hours due to being too busy, they were definitely annoyed about it and it was difficult to get sorted

How the store functions is chaotic Training wasn’t standardized and they have no idea who’s trained on what and when. Customers are usually entitled.
