Where do I start ? Anthropologie and URBN left me and so many other employees and colleagues down when the COVID pandemic started, despite boasting on the social media they were and would be paying employees throughout the crisis. PLEASE BOYCOTT THIS COMPANY Management is very varied, from absolute sunshine like people, to others that are as sour as an unripe cranberry. They want you to work very long hours including weekends. They don't recognise the good work you do, but god forbid you do something wrong they will sweep the floor with you (this includes speaking to a colleague on quiet hours or not picking the phone during your break or out of contracted hours). Speaking of breaks, you only get 1 hour out of a 9hr shift, and no other break in between. They have the audacity to demand a luxury service but they pay you less than the London minimum wage (£7.20 to be exact). On top of that, the shop I worked at in London, did not have AirCon and due to its architecture, acted as a greenhouse throughout the year, making summers very though to work, and despite management passing the issue through to the head offices, NOTHING was fixed or made to ease the heat inside the shop that on good days might make thousands of pounds (imagine being on a greenhouse for 8hrs straight on a day that the average outside is 32c). URBN does not care about its employees, they will exploit you and pay you the very minimum they can. This is obviously labour.

I can't think of any - only the usual cons of retail, long hours, some tedious jobs. But this is the same for any retail position.

Sweetest team of women who really cared bout one another and became friends, generous employee discount, beautiful work environment.

Long hours spent on your feet. Often a bit understaffed so you are always busy when working a shift.
