Pros

The technology you get to work with is cutting edge. If you need something for work, you will usually get it. Benefits used to be amazing.

Cons

Please stop asking people to post 5 star reviews on this website. The fake 5* reviews (there are a few here which look genuine) are painfully clear. The 1 line comment on pro and cons with the only con being "bad food or work life balance" is shockingly transparent. On top of this, having poorly written reviews from the NY office is telling too. Any company trying to do fake reviews is trying to hide something. Don't hide from your faults, learn from them and improve. The lack of direction will leave you pulling your hair. You will end up doing multiple things in a month and then be told to drop it all to move on to a new idea the next month. Following this, you will then be told to go back to what you have been doing and told off for not doing what you have been doing previously. No matter how much you have done in those two months, management will never make you feel like it was enough. There is more backbone in a jellyfish than the upper management. When there is positive news, the upper management jump at the chance to tell you but whenever a major decision has been made which will impact the company negatively, the higher management go radio silent. This leads to a case of Chinese whispers, destroying employee moral. Nepotism is rife. As other reviews have said here, if you are friends with the upper management you are pretty made here. You will get promotions and interesting work while others will not. During both sprees of lay-offs, the company removed a variety of highly talented people while others, who were friends with management, stayed. All of the above adds up to wasted potential. AnyVision could be so much better, the world leader it claims to be, but upper management is suffocating this all away.

Pros

They had good benefits. No longer true

Cons

Company made people redundant on who they don't like basis. A lot of experienced staff who built the products were laid off. They kept a lot of unexperienced new staff. Then they lowered salaries of all employees by 20%.

Keeping high-standard employee-wellbeing management has always been one of the company's most precious values and the company fully intents on keeping these high standards, on all lines of occupation. Anyvision closely monitors the COVID-19 outbreak side-effects on the global economy and puts massive efforts in order for it to have the slightest effect on its employees.

Pros

Amazing technology and products that actually make a difference and save lives Sharing environment in which you can learn a lot Ample opportunity to progress in your career Very rapid growth

Cons

The demands are as high as in any successful startup. Not a 9-5 job, but, when you enjoy your work, believe in the vision, and just get stuff done, you will be rewarded.
