I worked at Aon Limited full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Some decent policies, when they bother sticking to them. Some areas are much more professional than others and so nicer to work in.

    Cons

Change strategy and direction far too frequently. American overlords have almost no understanding of the UK or ‘EMEA’, like that’s all one place! Trust is very variable. Suffers from all of the usual big organisation inertia.

    Advice to Management

Read the reviews, stick to company policies and working practices, try to look beyond the next quarter’s results. Try a bit harder to value your good people.

I worked at Aon Limited full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

The focus has changed over the last few years and become less diverse. The core broking business seems to be the focus which is good, but spare a thought of other skills or technologies which can help.

    Cons

Focused on the same people to provide new initiatives... but spare a thought of other skills or technologies which can help.
