Doesn’t really have any appreciation from management if employees doesn’t PR. Management is biased as only care about very high earner employees and gives them authority. So employees that is under those people that have authority, you will have no say even if it’s unfair as there will be some abuse of authority. Have some gray area on how employee’s salary being calculated.

Not much of other benefits as compared to the corporate world. eg super low Annual Leave for new joiners, No Pay Increment, Bonus less than a month 4. Management is unfair in terms of people and in terms of workload as well Glad I left the company for a better company that I work for years till now.
