Pros
Fantastic company, forward thinking and innovative with a friendly and inspirational leadership team
Cons
I can't think of anything!
- Current Employee, more than 10 years★★★★★
Pros
Largest managed print service provider in Europe means there's a lot of scope to branch out and move into new areas. It was a large company with a small business mind, but that is ever changing for the better. There are also some extremely knowledgeable people, from managers to engineers and so on, so the support is next to none.
Cons
Some management are excruciatingly tedious in their demands. I'm not sure they even know why they're asking for some of what they want. There are also so many processes and procedures, you spend more time filling out spreadsheets than doing any meaningful work.

Pros
Friendly environment, flexible working and not micro managed.
Cons
Once you reach a certain level it is hard to progress

Pros
Friendly colleagues and leadership team
Cons
None I can think of
- Current Employee, less than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
It is pretty clear that Apogee is now placing more emphasis on its people than ever before and its a really exciting time to join. There are still lots of efficiencies to make from the old ways of working and the Executive Leadership Team is really empowering managers to make this happen. I initially had reservations joining a company that provides printers to offices etc. at a time when many organisations may be contemplating giving up some of their office space in favour of working from home. However Apogee has managed to completely innovate and diversify its services for the better really. I'm amazed by the ODS side of the business - hybrid mail, scanning and graphic design services etc. All in all a great start to what I feel will be a long career with Apogee
Cons
It will take a bit of time to rectify some of the processes and efficiencies but the main thing is they are now being tackled

Pros
Fantastic CEO and CFO with lots of integrity and vision for the future Constantly evolving company, becoming more customer and employee centric since the HP acquisition Adapting to keep up with technological changes to stay ahead of the curve Great work life balance - long hours are rare Flexible working options available Parking available at the office and nearby - much easier now since covid and introduction of flexible working Mental health awareness
Cons
The office is a little tired in places, but the facilities are being slowly upgraded IT support could be better, the team are very busy Benefits (annual leave/private healthcare etc) could be better

Pros
New management are looking to the future. Colleagues are helpful and supportive
Cons
Systems are not great, although new ones being invested in
- Current Employee, more than 3 years★★★★★
Pros
They actually care about their employees now. In days gone by under the previous leadership it was all about money at the expense of all else. Sales training is now an official thing. The investment in people is awesome and is a total departure from the 'do it and get on' attitude of old.
Cons
So much positive change going but just wish it would be a bit quicker. I want the good thing now! I cant wait

A sales culture that goes way beyond the ordinary! ... Love it!

I've been part of this Apogee for just over 18 months...In short, Wow!. An organisation that has moulded a sales culture that is "premier league standard" - in the value and levels of customer centricity it delivers to its customers, AND EQUALLY impressive, the amount of investment injected into the sales profession (during Covid times..when companies are cutting back!). From ILM level 5 Coaching, Account management programmes, working with Sales Industry experts like Consalia, Andy Bounds....and the icing on the cake, working with Whitshod, who are EX Royal Marines, who have a wonderful approach to driving confidence and professionalism in "individuals" and "resilience" in our everyday work life...
Cons
Honestly - I cannot think of anything yet!
