      Pros

      Great team and products which you actually want to sell to brands. Supportive team - everyone is very kind and friendly. Professional management team - quick decision making, no rigid processes which I faced at bigger companies. So was a very positive experience in general.

      Sometimes the workload is heavy, but nothing too crazy

      Really enjoyed my time there Great team with alot of the core team having been there 3/4 plus years so lots of experienced people Liked the work and variety of projects Managing Director is firm but fair

      Cons

      During the last months when I was there were some members of staff who were quite disruptive and immature which is what has pushed me to write this review - Luckily it seems those have left the company but some of the reviews here seem to be written by the ring leader

      A GREAT place to be creative and feel part of a team

      Pros

      A great team and the management team are very experienced and have been within the company for many years with lots experience and know how. The whole company team are multinational from all over so you don’t feel left out because you are all different with new experiences and creative ideas. Great product and good reliable team.

      Cons

      There was a very toxic group or clic working here before that was a bit gossip rather than concentrating but thankfully they have left and the atmosphere is much better and fun again.
