      Great products, horrible place to work

      Pros

      Manufacturer of state of the art HVAC industry leading products. There are some great people to work with at the company.

      Cons

      Management couldn't manage their way out of a paper bag. Doesn't value employees, but likes to think they do. Wastefull and backwards process throughout the company. No training, and low pay.
