      Pros

      Dynamic and forward thinking management team; working on cutting edge technology; high emphasis on customer satisfaction and quality software development.

      Cons

      Due to size of company, software is built to focus on client's requirements. Would like to see more development on tech like the iPad, Android tablets, even if enterprise clients are not after this right now.

      Culture of trust - I'm left to get on with my job and stakeholder higher up in the business have faith in my expertise. Really nice company structure and friendly vibe. Great staff social events including summer and Christmas parties.

      None so far, all good.
