      - Great technical management - Fair salary - Interesting problem domain

      - Lack of technical investment (i.e. low end & slow laptops - not enablers for doing good work)

      Pros

      Great 1:1 mentoring from day 1! High rewards for performance, travel abroad, play golf in Portugal!! They train and develop their people to become excellent at what they do. They value people and want to bring out the best in them always! Fun, enjoyable place to work!

      Cons

      Not much to say her as really enjoyed working here, moved on for progression.
