AMS is a mess. Upper management acts like they’re untouchable and completely out of touch with reality. There are constant HR, safety, and morale issues that get ignored.
The controller is basically a yes-man for leadership, and sales reps are treated like royalty while everyone else gets overlooked and overworked. There’s nonstop micromanaging, but somehow still zero structure or real processes in place.
Rules don’t mean anything and they change depending on who you are. The only reason people stay is the pay, but even that barely makes up for the workload and ridiculous overtime expectations.
