I have been working at Applied Predictive Technologies full-time for more than a year

    Pros

There is a collective effort from all employees, both at the lowest and highest levels, to make APT a fun company to work at whilst also ensuring a sustainable and productive culture. Everybody looks out for each other, ensuring that all resources are available to maximise productivity and maintain a great work-life balance.

    Cons

There are very few negatives about work at APT, but one is the fact that the HQ is in Washington D.C. and sometimes, working from London, it can feel very apparent that you are not in the main company office/timezone.

    Advice to Management

Don't forget to keep listening to all employees (at all levels) as the company grows.

I have been working at Applied Predictive Technologies full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Constructive , positive and transparent review process Interesting and impactful work Great work community Young office (average age ~27) Loads of food available all the time! Excellent compensation

    Cons

Expanding office presents difficulties in maintaining company culture To some degree lacking diversity in the office Working just off Regent Street means that you bump into loads of tourists Toilet spots are a premium!

    Advice to Management

Keep making steps to maintain culture throughout the company growth. Be wary of changes coming from Mastercard and maintain healthy prudence to understand impacts on APT.

I worked at Applied Predictive Technologies full-time for more than a year

    Pros

-financially rewarding -paid socials -intelligent people

    Cons

-if you aren't one of the consultants, you are and your opinion is predominantly pushed aside. - the culture and workplace has been monopolised by dominant members of staff who are not managed properly thus allowing a bullying culture. -little opportunity to grow if you aren't a consultant. -tiny offices with 1 male toilet shared by 26 or so male staff. -lack of proper temperature control making working conditions...

    Advice to Management

-manage your 'star employees' and recognise and listen to the underdogs. If you don't this will lead to permissible bullying, resentment and high turnover. -place more urgent importance on proper working conditions. No one wants to work in an oven on a hot summers day or a fridge in winter. Nor do they want to run to the nearest Starbucks to use the toilet because the only one in the office is blocked/engaged.

    Cons

    - With the rapid growth of the company and the hiring of many new employees, its current office space in London is somewhat small. Extra floor space will only become available later in 2017. - The open floor plan means that it can be noisy at times when some employees engage with their clients on the phone.

    Advice to Management

Keep the APT culture intact as it grows in size
