Pros
I don't feel like I am working "for" ASM. Instead, I feel like I am working "with" them. Leadership does a great job with inclusiveness and celebrating successes together. We also have monthly Newsletters with a shoutout section and it always amazes me how many employees and leaders "shout out" others within and outside their department voluntarily. We also do Employee of the Month which is based on nominations collected from the company. Everyone truly wants each other to succeed.
Leadership is transparent about challenges, opportunities, and growth. ASM promotes internal employee growth and professional development. Most roles will expose you to lots of learning opportunities and experience that you might not get elsewhere. You truly get to work with brilliant people (internally and client-side) who want to help you learn!
Compensation packages are competitive and attractive. Packages include 401k, PTO, dental, vision, health, company-sponsored trip to Vegas annually, paid learning subscriptions, holiday bonus, hybrid work environment, and company events.
Cons
Clients range in skill, aptitude, and resources. Sometimes it can challenging to achieve client happiness and success when the client struggles due to factors beyond our (and sometimes their) control. This can be discouraging but colleagues and leadership support employees by providing guidance on those tough situations.
