Pros

Appspace provides a fantastic environment with great people who are always ready to lend a helping hand. The technology we work with is innovative and engaging, keeping the job interesting and me on my toes. The company's vision is grand and inspiring, making me feel like I am part of something significant. One of the best aspects is the flexibility in work, which provides an excellent work-life balance.

Cons

While the work is engaging and rewarding, the workload can sometimes be overwhelming, requiring efficient time management skills. In addition, remote working, while providing flexibility, can sometimes isolate us from our team, leading to a slightly disconnected work experience. The company could improve by investing more in product knowledge training to ensure everyone is on the same page and understands the intricacies of our technology.

Pros

Appspace is a friendly company to work for. Everyone cares about what they do and there's a strong focus on keeping the customer happy, which ultimately increases your job satisfaction. You can have the ear of any senior executive even CxO and you get to have valid input to the core product.

Cons

I was so busy for the first 6 months I joined I didn't get round to rectify my CCIE. Totally gutted to this day!
