I have been working at Aramex full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    - Great colleagues - Mostly stress free job - Yearly bonus if business does well

    Cons

    - Lack of communication means staff don't always know what's going on, some things kept a mystery with team leaders/managers - Management slow to put things in to action, ask for advise from staff but then don't do anything - Low staff morale, lack of social/team building events - Lack of career opportunities - Apart from yearly bonus not many other benefits

    Advice to Management

Communicate and listen to your staff. Actually do what you say you will. Organise more social/team building events.
