      Pros

      Free beer, dogs welcome, cool building, Gain experience and get out.

      Cons

      Egos galore! No support for growing your career. No emotional support for issues. No feedback. No touch points with seniors. If they can rail road you - they will. You are only a cog in the wheel. Family and culture that they preach is a smoke screen and means nothing to them. Tons of legal action has been taken against the company - including suppliers, and past employees. All real talent has left this place for other opportunities. Anyone with with a voice was silenced.

      -"Performance plans" discussed but never made -No feedback (positive or negative) - Unprofessional remarks by partners/ management (race, gender, appearance)

      Pros

      The grunt workers that make this organization are great, talented people.

      Cons

      A year behind Toronto Agencies. Two years behind everywhere else. I also heard and witnessed subtle racism during my time there from both team members and leaders.
