Archbold is an awesome Organization to work with. I say "with" because I work along side some of the best! We are all a team and that's what makes us a great healthcare organization!

Cons

I have been with Archbold over 8 years and couldn't imagine working anywhere else. I love it!!!

Pros

Location because I don't have to travel far. People because I love working with many different people -from patients to doctors.

Cons

They are more concerned with numbers and less concerned with quality. They don't take good care of their employees and are more concerned with overworking minimal staff.
