I have been working at Ardagh Group full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Pay and shift patterns. Team work (co worker level only)

    Cons

Investors in "certain" people only. No development and shocking comms. Nepotism is alive and well in 2018. Positions still being filled primarily with relatives of existing managers or people of influence on site. Blatant abuse of positions/power.

    Advice to Management

Family members given a helping hand is an unfair advantage meaning you won't always get the best candidate through the door.
